We are a non-profit organization and registered charity providing subsidized housing for seniors. We appreciate bidders offering their most competitive pricing and highest standard of service.
Bidder Qualifications: Bidders must be qualified contractors holding the licenses, registrations and permits applicable to the proposed services, with appropriate insurance, WorkSafeBC coverage and relevant experience. Proof of qualifications and coverage must be provided as required by the RFP.

- Qualified and insured contractors are invited to submit proposals for snow removal and salting/de-icing services at both properties.
