Casa Serena is a 90-unit complex. All units are 1 bedroom apartments.

- 13 units approx. 620 sq. feet
- 4 units approx. 700 sq. feet (minor disability suites) located on 1st floor
All units are non-smoking units.
Units do not have air conditioning.
No in-suite laundry. Laundry rooms located on the 1st floor. Laundry card operated (credit card or bank card required to activate and reload as required)
Each apartment includes (*) :

- kitchen equipped with stove and fridge
- kitchen pantry closet
- entrance closet
- washroom with tub & shower
- living/dining room area
- walk-in storage unit
- patio (ground or balcony subject to apartment location)

- Intercom connection to building entrance to allow tenants to talk to/screen their visitors.
- No furniture or accessories are provided.
